Before You Begin

1. Emergency roadside environment

This is a demo environment designed to simulate an emergency roadside situation. So imagine you are on the side of the road and need a tow truck to help you with a flat tire or dead battery.

2. Yes, you can break it

This Thinking Machine is designed specifically for roadside assistance use cases. Our conversational design team studied existing customer calls and designed a flow to match typical behavior. It is not designed to answer questions like ‘Who won the 1984 Super Bowl?’ or other random, non-related inquiries.

How to Use

1. 6-Digit member ID

You’ll be asked for your 6-digit membership number. This can be any six numbers. The Thinking Machine can understand strings of numbers quickly and accurately.

2. Address for service

You’ll be asked for the address where the vehicle is located. You can use any address or the Thinking Machine can send you an SMS with a GPS locator to pinpoint your location.

3. Your vehicle

You’ll be asked for your vehicle make and model. What is your dream car?

4. Talk naturally

You’ll be able to speak naturally, just like you would to a human agent. Other systems make you say the exact keyword. Replicant lets you speak normally, just like a regular conversation.
