1. Eligibility

• This promotion is open only to potential users of Replicant’s technology, primarily leaders in contact centers, customer service, or IT. Determination of eligibility is at Replicant’s sole discretion.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Employees of Replicant, Fanatics, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry

• No purchase is necessary.
• To enter, participants must complete the signup form using a valid business email address.
• Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize

• 100 winners will each receive one official NFL jersey of their choice (subject to availability) provided by Replicant.
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per jersey: $150.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Replicant reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Replicant reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet eligibility requirements.
• Replicant may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
• Replicant and Fanatics are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or logistical issues.

6. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winners grant Replicant the right to use their name, company, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
